All seed orders are dispatched within 24 hours after receiving payment. Seeds are packed securely, and shipped by Air freight through the post office. Very large or wholesale orders will be shipped by Road freight.

The prices for shipping are set and listed at the product checkout. Should there be a mistake or anything missing with your order, you are obliged to take up contact within 7days of receiving your product. We are reasonable and approachable and when dealing with complaints we will always do our best for you.

Regretfully, we cannot be held responsible for seeds that do not germinate, whether through accidental abuse, misuse, wrong storage or adverse climatic conditions. Seed quantities and weights are approximate. Sowing times will vary with climate and geographical location. Seed Pack styles may differ.
